How Do I Know When It’s Time for Senior Care?

Determining when it's time for senior care often involves recognizing changes in your loved one's ability to manage daily activities safely and independently.
- Look for signs such as difficulty with personal care, medication management, household maintenance, or increased social isolation.
-Frequent falls, declining health conditions, or caregiver burnout may also indicate it's time to consider additional support.
- Every situation is unique, but having an honest conversation with healthcare providers and family members can help you make this important decision with confidence and compassion.

How much do you charge for your services?

Our services are completely FREE for you and your family. We are a dedicated resource to help you navigate the senior care journey with ease.

We are compensated through pre-established contracts with Senior Care Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Independent Living Communities, Memory Care Facilities, and Assisted Living Homes (Group Homes).

However, the price we negotiate does not impact the cost you pay for your loved one's care.

To ensure transparency, we comply with Arizona state regulations by providing a disclosure to each client outlining how we receive compensation.

Think of us like real estate agents for senior care—just as a realtor is paid by the seller, not the buyer, we are paid by the care home that best fits your loved one’s needs. For us, family always comes first—not the money.

What criteria do you use to determine the placement of an individual?

Our placement process is based on three main criteria: Level of Care needs, Budget requirements, and Location preferences.

We begin by conducting a thorough psycho-social evaluation of each individual, which includes an assessment of their current medical needs and social well-being requests. Based on this evaluation, we present a variety of care options to choose from.

As part of our financial review, we typically conduct an interview to determine whether the individual has a Long Term Care Policy, verify their monthly income, and review other financial assets.

We also explore options for enrollment in the Arizona Long Term Care System (ALTCS) and assess potential eligibility for Military benefits. We provide guidance on financial planning for the placement and recommend additional resources if needed.

Finally, we ask the individual or their family to specify their preferred location for the placement. Typically, we request a mile radius to help narrow down our search for a suitable home.

Step 1: We assess your loved one’s needs (free in-home evaluation).

Step 2: Create a personalized transition plan with input from families and healthcare providers.

Step 3: Move-in day with familiar caregivers (if possible) to ease adjustment.
