Meet Dr. David Walter – "Dr. Dave"

Dr. David Walter, affectionately known as Dr. Dave, is the co-founder and current CEO (since 2006) of ARD Global Media Group, Inc., the parent company that unites a powerful family of brands all dedicated to serving, protecting, and empowering seniors, caregivers, and their families.

With over 40 years of leadership experience, Dr. Dave also serves as President of ARD Strategies for Seniors (founded in 2004), personally guiding families throughout metro Phoenix to the perfect assisted living communities while providing expert consulting to senior-living organizations.

In July 2025, he became Executive Director of the Kowalian Foundation, the official 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm of the organization. Through the Foundation, Dr. Dave directs meaningful charitable programs that directly improve the lives of seniors and the communities that surround them.

Together with his business partner, Rebecca Siddiqui, Dr. Dave co-owns and leads the following trusted brands under the ARD Global Media Group, Inc. umbrella:

Meet Rebecca Siddiqui

Rebecca Siddiqui is the co-founder of ARD Global Media Group, Inc. (since 2006) and co-founder and a driving force behind every brand in the ARD family.

With more than 20 years of hands-on expertise in senior care, licensing, operations, and financial protection, Rebecca is a trusted leader who helps seniors and their families live with dignity, security, and peace of mind.

As a licensed assisted living manager, registered provider, and owner/operator of multiple award-winning adult care homes in the Phoenix metro area, Rebecca personally ensures the highest standards of custodial care while guiding families with compassion and precision to the perfect care home for their loved ones. Her intimate knowledge of the industry allows her to optimize facilities, elevate care quality, and streamline licensing and compliance.

A licensed insurance agent, Rebecca also specializes in holistic financial protection for seniors, including pre-need funeral and burial insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies, and retirement planning solutions that safeguard wealth for the next generation.
