The Kowalian Foundation is developing a nonprofit Life Plan Community that will provide a comprehensive continuum of care within a single campus:
Independent Living
Residential apartments featuring meal services, housekeeping, and robust social programming designed to promote active, engaged lifestyles.
Assisted Living
Personalized support services for activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, tailored to individual needs.
Memory Care
Secure, specialized programming for residents experiencing dementia or other memory-related conditions, delivered in a therapeutic environment.

Affordable Housing Initiative
Twenty percent of residential units will be reserved for seniors with household incomes at or below 80% of the area median income.
Resident Benevolence Fund
Financial assistance will be available to residents who exhaust their personal resources, ensuring continuity of care and housing security.
Strategic Healthcare Partnerships
Collaborative relationships with premier healthcare institutions, will facilitate on-site medical services and specialist consultations.
Equitable Fee Structure
We will offer refundable entrance fee options and income-adjusted monthly fees to enhance affordability and financial sustainability for residents.

As a 501(c)(3) organization, the Kowalian Foundation operates with complete transparency and accountability.
Contributions to our organization are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. We maintain a governance structure that ensures no individual benefits financially from our operations.
