Terms and Conditions

ARD Global Media Group, LLC (ARD) ensures successful and enjoyable expos. By participating, exhibitors agree to the following:

• ARD, its employees, vendors, and partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, or legal action to exhibitors or their property.

• Exhibitors indemnify and hold ARD harmless from claims.

• ARD is not liable for losses due to events beyond control (e.g., acts of God, strikes, pandemics).

• Booth location, size, event date, time, and venue may change if necessary.

• Exhibitors must not solicit beyond their booth or break down displays before the event ends.

• Exhibitors must maintain valid liability insurance through setup and takedown.

• Failure to comply may result in removal from the expo.

• A 3.4% service charge applies to credit card transactions or refunds.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 45+ days before the expo incur a 50% retention of booth rental cost; 44 days or less, the full fee is retained as liquidated damages. Cancellations must be in writing. Exhibitors may transfer participation to another expo instead of canceling.
